I own a micro B&B (3 rooms) in Roanoke, VA and have struggled since we opened to find an eco-friendly alternative to cup-style, in-room coffee brewing. Offering the kettle and bag style brewing has been a game changer. It’s easier for guests and doesn’t put more plastic into the trash. We love it! I was skeptical at first, however its one of the best cups of coffee I've had that didn't require me to have any fancy machine's. Dark roast is definitely me favorite.
