Return Policy

Strictly no returns or exchanges unless there are defect(s) in the product(s) and the attention should be informed to us no longer than 30 days after your item has arrived. No returns for items that are on sale. 

All refunds regarding shipping times within our shipping policy or if you ordered the wrong product will be declined. 

Once the item has been returned to us, Wildland Coffee reserves the right to allow an exchange/return or not. Any request for exchange or refund after 30 days of delivery, will not be entertained.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with its original tags. It must also be in the original packaging.

If there is a defect on the item, Wildland Coffee will RESHIP out a new piece on our cost.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where no returns are granted (if applicable).

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing any parts can be returned after proof has been sent to us. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.


If you are approved, then your return will be processed within a certain amount of days.
