Ambassador Team
One of the things I love about business is coming up with an idea, implementing it and then adjusting as results and feedback come in. Wildland's ambassador team has been an evolving initiative that started out with micro influencers getting free product and has evolved into rewarding our biggest fans and supporters.
Being a part of the ambassador team is pretty simple, I send out a theme once a month and on the same day we all post a piece of content with that theme. For example, this month it is "live different" so on March 24th everyone on the ambassador team will post a piece of content showing, telling or explaining what "live different" means to them and feature Wildland in some way, shape or form. For me, Living Different means not following cultural rules and creating my own path in life.

Rejections
I had made it to the second round of Shark Tank, created a great video and felt like I had a decent chance of moving to the 3rd round. On Friday I got the rejection email. I had also applied to a pitch slam (startups pitch their business to a panel and the winner gets prizes) and also got rejected. Both rejections came within 20 minutes of each other.
In the past, I would have been upset and disappointed but this time I was genuinely happy for the companies that did make it. I now have an attitude and mindset of abundance and gratitude. There are plenty of opportunities for Wildland and being rejected just means I have the time and mental space to find those opportunities that are right for me.
